Good Morning Britain supports Home-Start UK with new 1 Million Minutes campaign

Home-Start will be supported by Good Morning Britain (GMB) throughout December with the 1 Million Minutes campaign to help those who are experiencing loneliness.

The campaign is asking viewers to pledge their time to the eight chosen charities looking for volunteers to connect and make people feel less alone.​ Viewers will be able to pledge their time with a minimum of 60 minutes one off opportunity as well as longer volunteering opportunities.

Home-Start supports families with young children through challenging times. Families struggling with isolation, loneliness and many other issues receive the support of trained volunteers, either individually in their own home or as part of a group, who work alongside them to give non-judgmental, compassionate and confidential support.
