New Move and Play Group

**NEW GROUP** Move and Play provides an opportunity for parents and their children to exercise and socialise together. The group will be led by staff experienced in exercise and wellbeing. The sessions will focus on light movement, play, and relaxation. They’ll be fun, inclusive, and shaped by the needs of the parents who attend. You can book into as many sessions as you like – you do not need to commit to the full block. Our only requirement is that you have a child under the age of 5. For the sessions parents are welcome to bring children or can also attend alone.
