Weekly Nurture Group

As well as our walking group, our nurture group is also in full swing and Lauren and Tammy are enjoying getting to know everyone and it seems everyone is enjoying the activities and the chance to have a chat and a cuppa.  The group meets weekly on a Thursday from 12:30pm – 2:30pm at Buttons and Bows in Market Street, Perth.

Our Nurture Group is about bringing parents together to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.  We offer a mix of movement, wellbeing, play ideas and peer support so they can focus on their overall wellbeing and connection with their children.
